I am having an issue with the background cover image on my site. buffalorockbrewing . com/
The background image is not displaying on mobile devices nor is it displaying in certain browsers other than Chrome. The image itself is a .jpg set to "cover". The logo is loading but the background is blank.
I'm running Hello Theme with all other plugins turned off. My site currently is a landing page with a logo and background picture of a buffalo. I have attached the Section settings below. What am I missing?
