Assign lists/ links to categories like the post widget but for individual links

Hello. Is there the possibility in Elementor to create lists (PDF downloads as external links) and assign them to categories and sort by categories? Something like the Elementor Post Widget with the difference that you don't get to the post but can set an individual link.

(I have licenses for Elementor Pro, Essential Addons and Premium Addons and can use them.)
