Adding Template Created Blank Space!

I created a template out of my header from one page, so I could copy that header onto other pages without losing color/size/layout information. But when I added it to another page it created a big empty space on the right side of the page. I can't figure out why or how to reverse it!

Here's a screenshot. I can see a thin line dividing the page from the open space on the right.

Any ideas on how to fix it?
