Question Adding a Read More expandable option to an Icon Box

hey guys

So basically, i have an icon box for a website im making and underneath the icon box, were you input text i cant figure out how to get advanced text options or how to make a clickable read more tag.

I want customers to be able to select read more, and then a list expands of options
