Wordpress plugin embedding a custom HTML works with WordPress fails with Elementor

Hi,

My company is developing a ChatBot like plugin to be integrated among other places in WordPress websites. Our WordPress plugin embeds a custom HTML pulled from our backend including JavaScript and custom CSS. Like other chatbots our app is supposed to have a floating button that can open a floating interface and is otherwise not affecting the website appearance. What would be a good approach to achieve this in websites using Elementor?
