WooCommerce doesn't show Variations or Add to Cart

I'm building a clien'ts website for custom art prints. I've completed the Variable Product with attributes and variations, and turned off Inventory stock counting for unlimited inventory. But the product page doesn't show any variations and the Add to Cart button does not affect the Cart.

I've tried switching themes, switching templates, installed Variations plugins... What am I missing?
