Why I am unable to add Accordion Widget?

Hi. Today I was editing a page with Elementor free version and I was not able to add accordion & tabs widgets. I can add other widgets no problem. I attempted this on several pages and within several different sections. Within the Elementor "element manager" accordion & tabs are toggled to the on position. I tried this on 3 different web browsers, Chrome, Edge & FireFox all with same result. I deactivated all plugins except Elementor still not working.
PHP-version-7.4.33, WP-version6.6.2, OceanWP-version-4.0.2, Elementor-version-3.25.2.
What else can I do to resolve this issue?

Issue resolved. Thanks to Nigel Hancock on Global Elementor Community. In Elementor settings I did not have "containers" enabled. The accordion widget only works within containers.
