Why Elementor Pro doesn't work at the header & footer?

I am new to WordPress and am using the Astra theme. I'm trying to customize my site with Elementor. But my Elementor doesn't work at the header and footer. I can't even create a footer using the WordPress Customize option. As soon as I publish the footer, when I open it to edit with Elementor, it shows as the page is loading. The Elementor editor can't open it, but the footer content can be displayed normally on the edit pages from the customize option. Even I can edit the footer with the " Theme Builder" from the Templates option. It was displayed and edited as well, but once published, it cannot be found on my website.

One of my friends shared his Elementor Pro with me, and its current version is Elementor Pro v3.23.3, whereas my Elementor free version is (Elementor v3.23.4.). Is there a problem with the Elementor plugin's version?
