Want to make elementor advanced tabs all the same size

I am creating a multitab layout and would like the tabs to all be the same width no matter the length of the text inside a tab. So some labels are 4 letters some 10. I guess they would all need to be the size of the 10 character tab. I've tried blank spaces, no text but replace the icon with an image of text, and various settings in the styles and advanced section to no avail. Any suggestions?

Same question, almost. I haven't found a setting to control the tab width, and I want them to be uniform width with much less internal padding. Are there settings to control the tab part separately from the content areas? I have Elementor Pro.
