Sticky Column overlapping

I have added sticky option for two columns, but when I scroll up or down the menus (map and near by places) are not clickable. I need solution
1st sticky column is of menus
2nd sticky column is of contact form in sodebar.

Possibly z-index issue with sidebar/menu. Make sure the Z-Index of the 1st sticky container (menus) is higher than the sidebar's Z-Index
