Sitewide "Support" Button

New Member
Hi! I'd like to add a Support button that floats in the bottom right corner of every page on my site. I thought maybe a sitewide popup would do the trick, but (1) I can't figure out how to get rid of the close button on a popup and (2) I can't seem to make it "sticky". Is there a way to do it without just adding it to every single template? (There are a lot of templates.)

I think I got it! This might be a weird workaround, but here's what I did:
  1. Create an icon widget (question mark icon in this case) that links to the FAQ page
  2. Advanced > Position > Fixed, adjust offsets so it looks right
  3. Right-click icon and save as Global Widget
  4. Update
  5. Go to Footer template (because the Footer appears on every page in my case)
  6. Add the Help icon from the Global Widgets tab to the footer
  7. Now it's on every page!
