Reduce gap between Containers

I have attached an image of a page I am using Elementor to build.
The gap between the 2 containers can be seen in this marked by the 2 container lines.
I have tried to use the Margin and Padding setting but these dont seem to reduce the gap much.
Is there any way to reduce the gap between these 2 containers other than using Margin settings?
I have also shown in this image the Structure set up, so you can see there are no hidding containers sitting between the 2.
I found the Site Setting - Layout Setting - GAPS but I cant seem to select which 2 containers I want to reduce the Gap between.

Have you checked the margin and padding between them? Sometimes after multiple updates those values get hidden, so its worth setting margin in particular to zero to see if that helps
