Product Image (Pro) Thumbnails

When I upload photos to new products, the thumbnail is square. On all the older products, the thumbnail is the same ratio as the main photo (4:5).

When I inspect the element, it appears "-400x400.jpg" is added to the end of each thumbnail. How can I stop Elementor from forcing dimensions for the thumbnail?
