One time access to pdf

I”m trying to generate a one-time access link that will ask the user to enter a password. Once the password is entered, he/she will be able to access a pdf file that I created with specific questions. At the end, if he/she tries to re-type the password, it won’t login him/her in again. Is there a way to have this done in Elementor or if there is something similar to what I'm asking?

I don’t have the page created yet, because I want to make sure there is a way to do what I want.

I’m not sure that can be achieved with Elementor exclusively perhaps with additional plugin ‘PDF Password Protect’. I used Memberpress on my tennis site which has always worked well

It's possible but would require custom work or the usage of a membership plugin which already has that functionality built in.
