Need expert help Image Wont scale on mobile and desktop

Hi,

I had to deactivate and reactivate all of the plugins because the was a server 500 error. When the plugin were reactivated the image widget only shows HTML and is not allowing the image to scale for mobile and desktop. I dont know how to create a custom size appropriate for mobile. All help is appreciated.

and on the footer I see another problem. It says an elementor widget is not supported very similar to what happened with the other widget. This was supported prior to deactivating all plugins. I am trying to know why it is not longer supported and how to fix that. Does anyone know why that has happened and how to repair it?
