Question Is there a way to get a timestamp from a form submission?

New Member
I have a form, when submitting i send specific form data from the inputs.
Is there a tag I can add to my email with a date/timestamp?
`[field id="date"]` ==> Which I want it not to be displayed for a user when filling in the form.
This returns an empty date field:
<table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="5">
        <td>[field id="date"]</td>
        <td>[field id="name"]</td>
        <td>[field id="email"]</td>
        <td>[field id="job_title"]</td>
        <td>[field id="phone"]</td>
        <td>[field id="company"]</td>
        <td>[field id="industry"]</td>
        <td>[field id="size"]</td>
        <td>[field id="country"]</td>
        <td>[field id="state"]</td>
        <td>[field id="reseller"]</td>
        <td>[field id="message"]</td>
        <td>[field id="acceptance"]</td>

I have tried using a hidden field but I cannot use any php/javascript in the "Email" section of Elementor pro with these code commands.

Can't believe there's no answer to this after almost 3 years, but I found out how to do this:
  1. Open up your form in Elementor.
  2. Add a new Hidden Field (or any field that you need a timestamp on).
  3. Click on the ADVANCED tab and click on the Dynamic Tags button. Scroll down to the Site section and choose Current Date Time.
