Image Gallery will not open

Hi, I am having difficulty with the elementor image gallery not opening, when I click on add image nothing happens. I am not super tech savvy, this is what I have tried; Re installed wordpress and Deactivated all plug in's. I am currently running the free current version 3.22.3 any help would be much appreciated.

Hello, I use Elementor and if I create a new page and add the Gallery widget, this is what the starting point looks like:

If I click the '+' sign to add an image, it takes me to the Media Library.

If you can give a bit more detail and / or screen shots, I'd be happy to help.

For whatever reason when the "+" sign is clicked to add an image nothing happens when using version 3.22.3.

I had to go back to an earlier version to get the image gallery to open.

Hi, Thanks for the update - glad it's fixed. Shame you had to revert to an earlier version. I happened to upgrade Elementor to 3.23.3 today and I also have the PRO addon, which is currenlty 3.23.1, and it's still ok for me. Maybe a later version will fix it for you at some point.
