How to relocate the Contact, About & Privacy page links from the header menu to a footer menu.

Hey Gang,

How do I relocate the Contact, About & Privacy page links from the header menu to a footer menu please.

I do already have a footer menu but I've forgotten where to find it and how to add links??

My site is Wordpress/Astra free/Elementor free.
