How to fix my menu item "About Us" from wrapping

Hi everyone,

While playing with my Header (trying to add a 4th column to fix my company logo image) something happened and since then I'm unable to display properly the Menu Item -> "About Us". It keeps wrapping (I deleted the 4th column but things still look different).

Any tips on how to fix it? I attach a screenshot with additional details of the Style Settings Menu currently in place. I'm new to all this and I'm not sure how to proceed.

If I may add a second request to this thread. Any tips on how to vertically expand the pop-up window displaying the youtube video? (in yellow box). I've looked around but can't see anything obvious that allows it to vertically expand.
