How to add a sticky side bar which is not a menu

Hello,

I'd like to add a sticky side bar on my website which is not my menu and which is small with 2/3 icons and some links on the icons.
I tried to do a small column with them but I noticed that I cant fix a column.
Do you know how can I do this with elementor ??
