Hello,

Please help me…
I have made a rather silly mistake and need urgent assistance.

Whilst attempting to troubleshoot an image quality issue I followed a tutorial that suggested I try to turn my plugins off.
I did this via my WP-File Manager by changing the “Plugins” file name to “Plugins-off”.

Now all of my plugins are off including my WP-File Manager so I cannot change it back that way. I also cannot install any new plugins as I have edited the theme to “plugins-off”.

Is there any other way to access my WP-File Manager to change this back?

I owe ya!

Georgia

Go in through your hosting provider. cPanel > File Manager > public_html and rename your plugin folder to 'Plugins' (or the original name)
