HELP!! Site looks different on different browsers

Hi, I'm working on a site (not using Pro) and the margins etc. are different when the site is viewed on different browsers (Safari, Firefox + Edge). It's perfect on my Chrome but even on my clients Chrome, it looks different.
Is there a way to make it the same on all?

I'm using the Hello Elementor theme if that makes a difference.
