Elementor Tutorials and my Website Look different

I'm following Elementor Tutorial "Elementor Forms Conditional Logic with Dynamic Content for Elementor" (

) to build a form on my website, but they look different (pls see 2 screenshots attached).
Could you please teach me how to do?
Ps, I use Elementor Pro.
