Elementor header fixed at top of page, overlaps the text heading with the menu anchor tag

Hi, I am a newbee volunteer using the following hosted on GoDaddy to build a web site.

Environment

• Wordpress with the Free Elementor (Elementor Core)
• Theme the GoDaddy "Go" theme
• Elementor Header & Footer Builder used to build the Header & Menu fixed at the top
• WPForms plugin and an SMTP plugin)

Problem

My site has submenu items that take you to heading on some of the pages. Eg "Menu -> Home -> What we do". When I click on this menu item it moves the page down further than the heading so that you miss the heading and the first couple of lines of its text. It appears that it moves the page such that the heading is underneath the fixed page Header.​
