Elementor Form date field value ambiguity

Hi. When I receive a form which contains a date field, the value in the email is shown using only numerics. E.g.: 2023-04-06. The problem is that this can be interpreted two ways. The 6th of April or the 4th of May. I want to be able to control how the date is emailed to me. Preferably I would like the date to be shown like this: "6th April 2023". Is this possible?

I'm having the same issue. In my case I wish that email send it in the following format d/m/Y. I've tried a dozen approaches and none is working.
