Customise Page Title attributes

I want my Page Titles to show as h1 tags but they are not showing as <h1>'s even though Dashboard/Appearance/Customizing/General Options/Page Title has Heading Tag set to H1.

I assumed therefore that this was a Child Theme problem but even Appearance/Themes/(Child Theme)/Customise/General Options/Page Title also has Heading Tag set to h1. So, if it is not Theme or Child Theme is it possible that something in Elementor is stopping the Page Title from picking up a <h1> setting?

or
Is some setting stopping the Page Title being shown at all? (as you can see in above screenshot, it is showing to viewers on the web page but it does not show at all in Page Source Code.
and I think it is not showing in Inspect (but I don't know enough to be sure.)

What am I doing wrong?

(I have asked OceanWP, out Theme provider, about this and they gave me very detailed and helpful answers but, alas, it did not solve the issue.)

An example of the pages at issue is lekite.com.au/kids-kites/

Thanks
Chris
