Categories but not sub-categories to display with Elementor

Hi

When I use the "Publications" Elementor tool (it's the French name, I'm not sure it is the same in English),I can display dynamically categories in a page/post.
But the posts included in the chosen categories are displayed too. I'd like to display only the categories, not what is inside.

There is also a "Exclude" term to not display some other categories or posts. But it's not dynamic, it's a "frozen" list.
How can I do ?
