Can't identify tags

I am using Convertflow for CTAs. I have just changed my site to Elementor Pro and Astra. I have used the Elementor themebuilder and all looks well.

But, Convertflow can't find the wordpress tags. There support says it is not in the code but just elementor tags.

The tags is visible on the page

Any idea what I have missed?
