Cannot change text colour in text box.

Hi there. I've been testing Elementor free to create landing pages. I've set global fonts and colours and they work pretty much everywhere apart of textbox widget where I can pick the colour in 'style', it show the colour I picked but no change in the actual text. The same method works without issues in 'headings', 'testimonials' and other widgets. It only occurs in the textbox widget. Setting to troubleshoot the issue by Elementor didn't solve it unfortunately. Any idea?
