Big issue using Menu Anchor just below Menu header .

I got a anchor as #top_page_xx as first section. Then I have a text heading section with title of page. When I access to page it show correctly things but if you go down and later you scroll up back to top of page WP looses control and the heading text/section goes under the header menu section.

it happens on all other pages with same settings.
Can someone help me . I'm really stuck !!!

I have had the same issure recently. The way I combatted it was to create a more spaceous page and put a spacer above my content and below the anchor. That pushed my content down and the spacer was left behind the menu. (you can click on any of the menu options in my 'Services' page and see where I did it)

That worked for me, but it's still just a bandaid fix! I'd be interested to sese if anyonw has some Additional CSS txt that might fix it, or any other solutions.

...till then, that's my troubleshoot for you mate.

For me, the anchors work on safari but not on chrome... I don't know why!

Probably some plugins are doing some kind of conflicts
