Before Footer Problem

Hi All,
I have just started editing an Elementor starter theme and it has what I believe is called a 'Before Footer'
I would very much like to edit or delete the thing as the content is not relevant to the site I am building.
If anyone has any clue as to where I go to, or what I can do, I would be very grateful.
I am using an Astra theme.

I am having the same issue. I have been able to delete the subscribe box but not the text. I have been trying to get into the code and just do it manually but cannot seem to do that from the dashboard.
