Animated headline doesn't work in popup.

I'm trying to put an animated headline in a popup, but the animation appears below the headline and looks really funny. The animated headline works normally on pages. I made a new popup and only put the animated headline in it to make sure I hadn't messed something up on another part of the popup. Maybe there's some CSS clash between the popup and the animation, but I haven't been able to find it. Any ideas how to fix this?
