3 Issues with elementor pro: certain elements not loading, elements to side of page in editor, template not applying correctly to products

For all of these, I have tried clearing cache, rolling back elementor, resetting CSS, reset style, safe mode, disabling experimental plugins.



1) Certain elementor pro widgets greyed out in theme editor e.g. add to cart button. Have tried all of the above

2) In theme editor, elements are squashed to left hand side of page, but show normally on the site. Safe mode fixes this, however I have almost no plugins and the ones that are installed are essential. Just woocommerce, mailpoet, akeeba backup, elementor header and footer builder, envato. I can fix it by changing layout to elementor canvas and then back to default, so this is clearly a bug and a bit of an inconvenience - concerned my solution might stop working

3) Finally, the single product template I created does not apply correctly. I made 3 identical products (different only in name),and it works on one of them, but with the other two there are buttons and / or description missing.

The experience with pro so far has been very disappointing – these issues began as soon as I started using it and I have not been able to make any progress. Any help would be appreciated

Will add that I can't use the pro support directly since we have an arrangement with a friend of a friend of a friend who has that version so don't have direct access to the account
